    The exact number you need is 0844 561 1234 option 3 option 3 again.

    Make sure that you read the SoGA links in the stickys, and mention the Sales Of Goods Act By Name.

    Had a phone call offering a engineer vist to see if it can be fixed. will wait and see!

    A update, After engineer called had a phone call to offer a voucher for the price of the machine as it was beyond repair. At least currys did the right thing.

    Just type in 'Currys PC World' on Facebook, and you will find the official page.
