Does anyone have a email address for currys customer services that gets anything other than a atomated reply please. I have rang them but cant get any sense, emailed them and dont get a reply I know I can write to them but I need a fast reply.

I have recently complained to them and the email address they gave me was letusknow@knowhow.com, they do take about a week to reply though

If this is about your washing machine, read the stickies at the top of the forum.

Currys don't have to do anything till you prove it falls under the SoGA.

yes it is about my washing machine. I have read it thanks, Currys may not have to do anything but a reply would be nice, hopefully from someone who has a little more sense than the lady I spoke to the other day who asked for my name and address at least six times and was still not able to help me.
