My Hermes website down , any one else experiencing problems ?

Hi last night I booked in two parcels for collection today by my Hermes, this morning I have went to website to print labels and I'm unable to get onto website it's saying they are updating ? Am a bit stuck as to what to do as courier is meant to be collecting my parcels this afternoon and I've no way of contacting my Hermes to get labels printed ??
Anyone else experiencing same problem ?

You should have had an email (if you've used them recently) telling you it should be up by 10 a.m. Having said that, their previous attempt to update their web site failed and had to be rolled back after being down all day.

It's the new website,they are supposed to be back at 10am today.

Website up and running but not working properly. Can't get into current parcels at all, not even to see progress. Looks like will be much improved website once everything is working as it should.

Can anyone get on Hermes this morning, I keep getting the Google Aw Snap message.

I can get into it no problems but although in the top right it says I have shipments in progress, I can not see info on any of them. It has been like this since the new website started.

Still can't get on. Page pops up for a mini second then the google message comes up saying page has crashed. Cleared cookies, etc but nothing yet has helped. Tried searching for it and accessing via a link but same thing happens.

Have accessed this from lunchtime onwards with no problems using Chrome.

Still can't get on this morning. Anyone have any tech suggestions, according to Google it's the website and not them as I can get on other sites with no problem. Have booked my parcels via Parcel2go but it's a pain having to put in weights and measurements all the time!

Hi having problems getting on to my hermes web site also keep getting aw snap. every time i try to go into website is any one else getting this problem have tried all the trouble shooting that i know any suggestions driving me mad
