I feel your pain!
I took Talk Talk up on their broadband package earlier this year. It was the most frustrating process I have experienced in a long time. The connection took seven weeks in the end and getting any sense or resolution from their Indian based call centre was a joke.
They even wrote to me THREE times to ask me to confirm my address was correct. The correct address being used each time in the letter. If it wasn't correct I guess I wouldn't get the letters.
I was then eventually told I had a live line yet no router.
I'd never recommend them and as soon as my 12 month contract is up I'll move away from this appalling service lacking, disorganised company!
Good luck.0 -
Wish I never signed up for another year. Keep losing connection in the evenings now. Got the salesman's pitch for the superfast fibre to improve things,if they can't cope with regular customers then they won't be any better for new ones. Look elsewhere0

Been around the block with these people, even offered myself to didlo harding. Had the scots debt collectors on my back.
Try get out of debt free.

Now demands are appearing after couple months. To be expected.
When they start demanding just go to the web site i added and read it and act on it.
If you carry on with these lost souls it will do yer ed in lol.
I welcome them trying because soon i can sue them for harassment

I've had a pretty good experience with talk talk i must say. Cheap unlimited broadband, free set up, good connection. Win win!0

If any of these broadband suppliers (not just Talk Talk) fail to provide the service they promised in the contract, is it possible to get out of it because they broke the terms of the contract by not supplying the service promised?0

I said the same for years. It's fine while it works, but when there is a problem you will soon find out why people complain. We were without BB& phone for 12 days directly due to the incompetence of TT staff.0 -
Talk Talk is a joke - all service providers are pretty bad to be honest... Sky is best out of a bad bunch0
