NtK received after ignoring PCN - advice please?

Oh dear, how much clearer could I have made this. I wonder at times whether it's worth the effort of investing time to read and understand all this stuff in order to give good advice.See how you get on. Remember the clock is ticking - you have 28 days from the date of your rejection letter, no extension, no second chance. Don't miss the golden opportunity to kick your PCN permanently into touch. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Windscreen ticket

Location: England
Reason: Parked somewhere the car shouldn't be
Just to point out the obvious that this is only UKPC, they never do court and you DO NOT PAY THIS AND SHOULD IGNORE IT NOW YOU ARE TOO LATE TO APPEAL.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So just ignore any further letters from the debt collectors? Only had one so far
Although someone on pepipoo posted a PDF showing how many times a company had been to court in the past 12 months, and UKPC had been about 450 times0 -

Hahahaha!
UKPC have never, never done Court except when they were taken there! Why don't you just search this forum for the keyword 'UKPC' and have a laugh about them?
Even though it was a Scotland case (so it's different from yours) read chickadee13's thread about UKPC as we posted there some stuff about UKPC and the 'exotic pig', and debunked their claims to have won at court!
And presumably you've read the ''Private parking ticket? Even an old one? NEWBIES please read this first'' sticky thread by now which has a whole section on debt recovery letters and your options if you'd rather send a robust response. You could even send a late appeal based on the letter I linked there which recently dragged a ParkingEye case back from court threats, to a POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
