Hmmmm wonder why this is. Has your Lloyd's one disappeared or is it still on there?

Still on there but marked as settled! :o

That makes sense.... Has anyone had any dealings with Lowell's and in particular them taking them to court? From what I've herd they are not particularly professional company just wondering how we should approach if at all? Thanks

They called me and told me the account was started in 2002 but my parents confirmed they opened it in 1991. They said they will go back to Lloyds TSB and verify. I told them they can take me to court as I'm not paying. Simple as. I have no issues paying, as I just settled a £1,600 Lloyds TSB CC debt with Mackenzie Hall, but this one I shall not be paying. :)

Asked if I was a homeowner and I said no. Just don't speak to them on the phone :) x

Thanks :) like yourself my husbands account is all Lloyd's charges which he refuses to pay. However we are hoping to get a mortgage and it's going to be impossible with this hanging over us. Only time will tell I guess.
    Thanks

Ah, I got a letter from 'Lloyds' that Lowell sent to, but found it was fake.

Do you mind me asking how much the default is for?
