Lol my cousin called me up, her morries didn't have any, but the sa told her they were restricting people to 2 tins only, as people were physically fighting!
Its a shame making such a small saving can result in that!Lose 28lb 3/28lb

I got some, managed to get 2 for me for prezzies, 2 for my mum and two for work to share out. there were only Quality Streets and Haribo left in my local.
Just a point on the Haribo ones, they have the individual packets in, theres 24-25 individual packets in them, M*rris*ns sell these packets at 10p each buy 10 get one free, so you end up paying a fair wack for a tin thats not actually a tin!!!SPC6 #116 £652.75

Have just bought one of each and though they are £4 each they do feature in the Asda 10% cheaper offer - so you end up paying £3.50 same as Morrisons (through price match) and get £0.35 extra through the 10% cheaper scheme.
I didn't see anything about restricting the number of tins you can buy!0 -
Some Morrisons in towns aren't the teeny ones & do/did have the promotion. For example Accrington, which ran out at 1.20 today but expects more in.
Someone had exceeded the recommended amount & so although the shelf was empty, there was a pile of 4 QS at a closed till & I was allowed to buy 2 of them!
Thank you OP, & Merry Christmas!0 -
I didn't go out of my way but happened to be near a Morrisons so dropped in. The craziness around these stupid boxes of sweets was silly. The staff told everyone that the offer was restricted to 2 per person. (I learnt this after I picked up 2 boxes of Roses
).
The open insubordination of the customers! Stating that they would just queue again for some more.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I went in to get some today ( Ellesmere Port) and they had none, loads of people asking about them as well. Tried the Chester and they had some, only Haribo, Roses and Quality Street, but loads of people were buying them and there were only a few left. I only wanted 2 so no idea if they were limiting people. I stopped for petrol on the way out, and they did have a few tins at the petrol station, so may be worth a look!0

I went into my local Morrison's today to see if I could get a couple more for Halloween, sold out, the shelf was empty! Glad I got some on Monday when I did!0

No, Morrisons Chingford is still out, although they said they put out a few this morning. They said they might get another lot tonight, but as I don't have any more errands in the area, I won't be going back. Will have to watch out for bargains elsewhere - does Costco have anything similar? My friend's offered her card.0

Nipped into Corton Wood Morrisons on way home from work as I needed a few bits. Walked down the seasonal aisle and there was a great big gap where the tins had been. Overhead two staff saying they had sold a years worth in 3 days.0
