We just got one of these scam tickets at Livingston - if they are not legally binding then is there a case to take this company to the OFT?

OFT doesn't exist any more. CAB/Trading Standards in Scotland are taking quite an interest in the private parking racket so by all means have a moan at them, the more complaints they get the more likely they are to act.Je suis Charlie.0
