Hello, I'm new to the site and forum, but is it MSE usual practice to not reply or at the very least confirm the receipt of emails sent via the contact us tabs? I have sent two emails (first over a week ago) through the congratulate or complain links to the deals team and have had no response. I can only imagine the number of emails received but an automated acknowledgement would at least give me the confidence that I'm in a queue and not being ignored.:(

I am not new to the site but recently on chrome i keep getting errors saying what is below and this is all because every time i clicked the green tick box (not the thanks one) on the competitions forum I would get an error so basically the site has banned me on Chrome for no reason! I have e-mailed several times and have had no responses

What happens when you use a different browser ?0 -
It works when I use a different browser but I prefer to use Chrome as it has all my passwords and auto-fill stored0

Hi
@Malcfcook We don't have an auto reply on the Site FAQs and the team receives a huge number of emails each day so can't get back to everyone I'm afraid.
@paadzer We've just ticked it using Chrome and it works for us, and we've not heard of others having this problem. Perhaps try using another browser as vuvuzela suggestedCould you do with a Money Makeover?

Hi Malcfcook,
Thanks for the auto reply suggestion. There are reasons why auto reply systems aren't appropriate everywhere. So we can't make any promises. But you make a fair point and we will certainly keep it in mind going forward.
