I wonder if a FOI request will provide both the criteria and the decision making process and detail that accredited IPC?
And one wonders what their real motivation was to get into this [STRIKE]scam[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]racket[/STRIKE] business in the first place? Unless there's money to be made, (again another leech sucking on the motorist) why bother getting involved? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

One wonders how Globe Protection Limited trading as I G Security (Inner Guard Security Limited full name) managed to register as an AOS member at the IPC Limited on 13th September 2013 when:
Globe Protection Limited have declared themselves as dormant at companies house and
I G (Inner Guard) Security went into liquidation on 17th May 2013!
More fuel for letter complaints.
It would appear that the directors of IPC /Gladstone solicitors are not that bright after all!!!0 -

Well, a PPC-linked company phoenix-ing - that's original. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
just looking at their signage it seems they charge their client yearly for erecting their signs (£15 plus vat per year) , one wonders if and when a charge goes to Popla that they try claiming for these even though their client pays it ??0
