Independent Parking Committee - Operator Breach

Options
So they go live as an ATA and already one of their operators are in breach of their CoP, with claims of offenders as if a criminal act has taken place. And more worrying with claims of clamping and tow aways. They also have a penalty charge image on their homepage!

Oh dear oh dear

And if that wasn't enough there are claims of illegality from this operator on their website

There is something else as well, how come a company that has existed about 2 months is an approved operator ?

It looks a complete joke. The Telletubbies have nothing on this!

Just who is being hoodwinked by all this guff?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So, UK Parking Services are members of IPC. However, they are an offshoot of UK Protection Services (NW) Ltd who, in turn, are members of the BPA. Do they get to chose which IAS they use?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

So it's all a muchness of a muchness really isn't it? Company's that appear not to exist, company's that have only existed for a couple of months, companies with various breaches on their websites.

How is this any different from the BPA?

Not only are they next door, I have been checking documentation at comanies house. The Directors of IPC Limited one John (Llewellyn Gladstone) Davies and William Hurley are the same Directors and shareholders of Gladstones solicitors. They fail to mention this connection on their website - seriously breaching SRA codes of conduct. So much for independence the appeals are sent directly to them for invesgation to their "allegedly" independent lawyers ...... wonder if they're from Gladstones too......

It is clear from financial records that they have only set up the IPC Limited to promote and gain customers (from parking companies) to boost their ailing finances!

A question to all you learned posters - who gives out the ATA accreditation?

I am already going to complain to the SRA, OFT and Trading Standards and DVLA - any other suggestions?

I think the DVLA gives out the ATA accreditation.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
