    Monday: Chicken and Veg Kebabs on a bed of rice
    Tuesday: HM Tuna fishcakes with pot's and veggies
    Wednesday: HM Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese with veggies

    Thursday: Spaghetti with HM Tomato and Spinach sauce
    Friday: HM Beef and Mozarella Burgers with salad in buns
    Sat: HM Pizza night :)
    Sun: Eat at parents

    Hi, I'm new to all this, but just wondered how you made this Sproggi. Sounds interesting!

    Sunday - Jacket spud, philladelphia and salad
    Monday - Vegetarian Shepherds Pie
    Tuesday - Vegetarian Shepherds Pie with Broccoli
    Wednesday - Sweet Chilli chicken with new potatoes and salad
    Thursday - Out for dinner
    Friday - Chilli with Rice
    Saturday - Not sure yet.

    Hi Pollyanna,

    It is just a pudding basin lined with suet pastry and then layered with chopped bacon (ideal for offcuts) and onion, then another layer of suet pastry, keep going until basin is near full and then covered in foil and steamed in a pan for a couple of hours (pressure cooker would be much quicker but not plucked up the nerve to do more than veg in mine:o ).

    My grandmother used to make it for us and it makes a cheap, filling meal when served with veg and gravy.
