New BB and line rental

I have line rental and BB from BT at the moment, my Line Rental Saver runs out 04th January 2014 and by BB 29th October 2013, I am looking at this deal from PRIMUS and wondering if anyone has any comments?
Using their LRS it will cost me £11.20 per month for line rental, evening & W/E calls and 20GB download.
I know I will lose 2 months LRS premiums but BT cannot offer me any deal that won't cost me more money, ( I am on an 18 month deal that started at £5.00 per month, then increased to £5.25, which will go to £16.05 if I continue). Plus their increases due to come in from January 2014 re line rental, call charges etc.
I don't need any fancy speeds on the BB.
A couple of questions re Primus, do they still allow the use of override numbers such as 18185,1899 etc?
What is their position re LLU? Which I admit I am not sure how that works.
