Big Thank you to Martin and the team.To be honest I was not going to bother claiming for mine and my husbands flight delay because 1. I am the most unluckiest person you will ever meet. 2. Could not remember the actual dates of travel.Anyway thanks to flightstats I found all the relevant details and submitted my claim to Virgin Atlantic. They sent an acknowledgement letter within the 14 days as promised and I have just had my post and two cheques have arrived for £501.18 each.:j We are so very grateful to everyone at moneysavingexpert.com and the persistence of Martin telling us all to claim on flight delays. You really have nothing to lose just claim
