I currently have the same problem and came on to the forum to see if anyone else had resolved it! I imagine Sky are going to have a lot of people ring up and say exactly the same thing.0

I just thought I'd update you as I've just rang Sky about it. We have the entertainment extra package, the film channels and the sports channels and paid £28 a month for it with the 50% off deal. That deal has now expired which means it went up to £57 which I really can't afford. I rang Sky and told them this and he has given me 20% off for 8 months which brings it down to £45.60. It's still going to be tight but I'm disabled and watch my TV a lot so really value it! He said that the only way I could save more money is by downgrading my package which is fair enough and if I did then I'd still have the 20% offer apply. He also gave me a free gadget to put on the back of my Sky box so it can connect to the router (we live in a block of flats so it's currently not connected).
I'd recommend ringing ASAP as I've still had to pay full price for a month. I'm sure they could have sorted it out sooner.0 -

Hi, I also had the deal for 50% off and it has just run out at the end of September.
Got a new code from mse and ordered a new sky 50% deal in the wife's name, cancelled the old subscription and now have sky for another 12 months for £10.25 per month for the entertainment package.
Hope this info helps.:rotfl:0 -

Hi, have broadband and line with BT so not a problem.
Just swapped to wife's name, used a different email and also used a tip I picked up on net, changing the address slightly i.e normal address become " a cottage" then normal address, had it installed today with new box, dish etc at no cost.:T0 -
