Managed to get a few toys half price for some christmas presents, main bargain I managed to find was the Vtech Little Gadget robot was 70% off so paid £4.49 instead of £14.99! brilliant little gift as my little girl loves her one x

Oh, I picked one of these up and thought it looked cute but it only had 25% off, might have to pop back tomorrow and get it scanned, thanks

    Hi
Just come back from my local Sainsbury (24 hour store)

Here are a few observations on the actual 1/2 price items:

Moshi Monsters 1/2 price, so that would be Series 6,7,8 blister packs, £2.49 instead of £4.99
Moshi Carrying Bus with silver Busling, 1/2 price, £4.99 instead of £9.99
    Moshi Habitat's, 1/2 price, £4.99 instead of £9.99
Moshi Top Trumps, 1/2 price, £1.99 instead of £3.99
Moshi mega heads, 1/2 price, £1.49 instead of £2.99
Moshi topper game, 1/2 price, £7.49 instead of £14.99

    Trashies, Large Red/Blue bins, contains 2, now @ £1.69 instead of £2.99.

Sains own brand matchbox style boxec cars, 42p each, designs including beetle, smart car etc.
Old fashion poly air plane, 20p

Disney cars play tunnell, 1/2 price, £9.99 instead of £20.

Lego only 25% off so savings arent great when compared to amazon. None are 1/2 price.

Lots of Sainsb own branded wooden baby toys 1/2 price, from 99p through to £10, rattles, puzzles etc etc.

Spoke to a few staff and said they have lots of stock so the empty shelves should be stocked up overnight.

The branch I went to was Sainsbury Ashford, Kent. Bybrook.

Went into Wolverhampton Bentley bridge store after 4:30pm and there were loads of toys. Doesn't look like it had been that busy there.

They were putting out stock when I went in. Went in again later after my gym session about 7ish for food and noticed they were putting out more toys

The guy said they had a lot of stock but most likely would go by Saturday.

I picked up the last playdoh sweet shop on shelf, some playdoh tubs, Barbie Mermaid and couple small moshi toys.

It is the lego friends I wanted but 25% is just not enough off for me - had it have been a 1/3 I may have considered.

Really wanted hello kitty plush but non this year.

    Also saw:

    My little pony grooming head,
lots of Barbie fashionistas and accessories
    Barbie Mariposa
Barbie/ Hello Kitty make up sets
    Barbie minis
    play doh,
    Disney ariel dolls,
    monster high dolls and accessories
    hello kitty diary
    helly kitty houses
    Lalaloopsy dolls
    Lalaloopsy play house
    Lalaloopsy minis
    Barbie house
    Baby annabelle
    Nerf guns
    Monster trucks,
    Teenage mutant ninja turtles
and lots of good baby toys
  • Has anyone noticed if they have Fliker scooters or any other v shaped/y/winged type scooters?

I got my daughter one from B&M for £40... bargain I thought.
  • Just got back from Kidderminster store, most of the stuff with big reductions is for toddlers i thought. It was still very busy with people mainly picking up lego - even though its only 25% off and similar prices to amazon.
Best reductions are probably in Sainsburys own range of toys, some really nice wooden toys 50% off.

Those that saw baby Annabel which baby Annabel was it. Was it one that cries?
  • I saw the Baby Annabell Care For Me Doll, not sure if it cries but you can bath it and it shivers. I think!?! it was about £22.
