HELP!! Where's my Youtube sound gone?

Hi all,
My audio on Youtube has vanished - and I don't know why! I've checked all my audio settings and they seem to be fine, the audio is turned on the computer (and works fine with other things such as the Skype audio test) but it's just Youtube! Anyone got any idea what could be the problem? Would really, really appreciate any input. Thanks all
