Arghh! I drastically cut down on caffine a few months ago to help with this ttc lark.

I have been having one cup of full strength coffee every morning for a while now. Sometimes it's good to have some, just don't go overboard. I think 200mg of caffeine per day is what is recommended as the maximum.

Could I be updated to cd2 please.
I cut out caffeine also and had a proper coffee yesterday and didn't like it!! Was a huge shock cause I used to live on the stuff. At least I now realise I'm not missing anything.
