menollyke - congratulations on the BFP. Hope it's a sticky one.

Daniellenic - sorry about AF arriving, but keep the chin up. It's only the first month and most women take a bit longer than that. It's perfectly normal for it to take up to a year. I know that's not what you want to hear, and I really hope next month is your month. A lot of us here have been trying for a very long time so we know how you feel.

Thinkpink - glad your blood test came back normal. Hope AF arrives soon. The cheapy opks work for most women. Just remember to test in the afternoon, and hold your wee for as long as possible beforehand.

Part Mouse - sorry about the bleeding. Hugs.

Disney - hugs for the 6 month mark. It sucks. Hope you get lucky next month.

tia - we used conceive plus but apparently it doesn't help if your OH has no sperm :rotfl:. Anyway, it wasn't bad, and DH seemed to like it.

Sorry for the posting the lists and running - I've been working a lot of hours and having a panic in my own head about seeing the FS so been pretty tired of an evening. Just back from dinner with my ex-sil where I fell spectacularly off the diet wagon and had a cheeseburger and chips.

I used the pre filled applicators and just injerted it, imo it wasn't to bad and not that messy.

My mums not to bad thanks, im still bleeding really heavy though

Couple of positive reviews on the boots page and we think its okay! Not that we know any different lol... have only been using it this month so cant comment yet as to whether it makes any difference :cool: But u literally just spray it (!!!!) into urself (blush!) and then carry on! Its not sticky or anything and feels fine

Not sure what the hell is going on with me this cycle Still havent ovulate according to the CB digi thing.... Last month i OV'd on CD11 and yet this month, i have had the flashy smiley face since CD13 and its now CD16 and still no "peak" smiley face (ie ovulation) But as it is obviously picking up some LH in there to show flashy face, it must be going to happen. Ohhh grrrrr!
I just struggle to believe that last month i OV early on CD11 (which would make more sense as i have a 26-28 day cycle) but this month here I am on CD16 and still no OV....... :eek:

Anyone else have very different OV times like me? Or am I just weird!?

Does anyone know if the 12mth guide to go for help is 12 cycles or 12 actual mths?

Not quite there yet but starting to wonder... My dad has endocrine problems and it's just starting to make me think.

Also for private testing would you normally have to have a consultation so costs would be test costs plus consultation or can you go straight for tests privately?

I may be jumping the gun here I know but I'm starting to struggle with this and would like to know if everything is ok or not.

i haven't been for any further tests other than day 21 bloods which my doc offered to do when i explained that at that stage we had been trying for 6 months & nothing had happened.
I had a mc back in april this year & our surgery doesnt necessarily go by the 12 month rule as my OH had just had his SA this week, and I am led to believe I am on a waiting list for the dye test (maybe im wrong)

but basically i think it differs between areas / countries - I live in northern ireland so maybe thats why its different.

Thanks credit crunch, I may go to the GP in the new year if still not much happening. Pretty sure I'm o'ving every month it's the rest I'm worried about....
