You won't pay to swear oath at the probate venue, you will at a solicitor. Im out of touch with charges but it used to be a £7 fixed fee nationally.

As far as Im aware (but please check) you still need to submit your papers to the registry first, they are checked and then this is when you are sent the oath and have to decide where to swear it. Are you still at the stage of sending the initial papers in, or have you done that and received your oath?

Only just finished filling in initial papers today and I have to choose registry or solicitor and send to registry. I had been burying my head in the sand it has taken me far to long.

£7 sounds right it says should be £5 to swear oath and £2 for each exhibit (will) at a local solicitor. Do you think there are any benefits time wise going straight to registry?

The moroccan lamb chops were delicious, think still have few fish things on skewers left. The last pack of meat kebabs got eaten about month ago, bit out of date. :rotfl:

Something strange happened with my T C&C toothbrush order today.
Sent OH to pick it up. He changed his mind and left the toothbrush, but when I inspected receipt it states that toothbrush had to be substituted, the price is 2 pence for the product (department sale). Asked OH if it was something else but he is sure that it was Colgate red box, I told him why didn't you take it , he said that he followed instructions, bless him.
