It's once a week to start with, he's due to go again next Tuesday. Unfortunately Tuesday is one of my 2 full days at uni so I can't take him, or be here to shove him out of the door! :D
I've been in touch with the lady who runs the project and she's kindly going to sort out some transport for next week, a lift with another member of the group hopefully

That is really good news that another member may be able to give him a lift. It will be so much harder to say no when someone is standing at your door especially if you don't know them well. ;)

For Blackpool people - our big, shiny new Tesco Extra has LOADS of the 3V cards in stock (even after I'd bought a 'few').

For everyone - if, like me, you use Tesco Value refill kits for your printer ink, they currently offer 100 extra points on TDirect. £4 in rewards for a £5 purchase I was going to make next week anyway.

Thanks Enterprise, news from hospital not so good. :(

The bone has started to show signs of healing but they want to see how well from a CT scan now booked for november. She may need a bone graft.

The radius is healing well so that is good news, but even though the ulna has started to show signs on xray it may not be sufficient for a complete mend. I really wish I had not encouraged the sport so much now. :o

So sorry you didn't get the news you wanted. When my son broke his arm a few years ago, a little girl around 6 came in the same day she had been on a garden trampoline with 4 friends, and she had broken both legs, she was in plaster from toe to hip and was awful for her, we got rid of ours after that, and the nurses said they have more people coming for broken bones from trampolines than anything else with kids.

It's a box of chocs in the 3 for £10 that scanned as a 'data error' on the msl app (which means trigger, usually) :D

Sorry to quote myself again, but this works:

Open up the MSL app on your phone, scan chocolates, if it comes up as a 'data error' rather than show a comparison screen, it's a trigger :D

The garden trampolines are usually fine if you have a net around them to stop inexperienced jumpers falling off and you only allow one person at a time. And not great height can be gained because of the type of webbing.

I sound like I'm running the sport down but I'm not as it's a great way to keep fit, get rid of unspent energy in young children (DD2 was bit hyperactive when little), and when competing gives such strength in character. But I would encourage it to be learnt in the safe environment of a British Gymnastics club. :o
