DLA change in circumstances

just wanting to ask does anyone know when Dla changes to Pip in TS5 area of the country,the reason I ask is I had a welfare rights person fill in my change of circumstances form(due back 4th November) and to be honest he has done a poor job explaining how my condition affects me and how my needs for help with certain things have increased and I was going to request a new form be sent out due to this

Nobody knows.
It could change as soon as a new 'map' is uploaded to the DWP website.
Legally, they probably have to provide at least a day or twos grace.

There is nothing stopping you attaching a letter to the form, and noting on the form where there are errors that this is incorrect, or even crossing out wrong information.

hi Rogerblack,thanks for the reply,i would love to add a note or cross some of what wrong out but its the whole form that is wrong in my opinion its as if he was writing about someone else,he basically asked about my illnesses ,my medications,and briefly asked how my illnesses affected my and 25 minutes later it was done(badly)do you think as the Dla reconsideration date which I believe ran out 28th October will prevent them from sending me a new Dla form out to try and do myself ,or would it be treated as a new Pip application do you think
