Only if they have told people about appeals and how to win at POPLA (doubt it). If they haven't, you should join and tell them about forum-aided appeals to POPLA which win 100% of the time.

yes they do the person running that site seems to be very clued up and offer standard letters of response and would even go so far as to offer to pay the invoice to anyone who had been sent those PCNs by Park Direct, I would recommend that site.

The main gentleman in question ... if I read the info provided correctly, he is director of at least 2 companies. So why do the records say "Number of companies in which a current directorship is held: 1"?

this relies on various databases, I access them all. Without disclosing too much details of the methods involved. The same gentleman name who is the same person in real life may not appear so when one trawls through such databases. In takes a keen human eye to notice the patterns.

For example the main gentlemen in question has his brithday listed differently on was 1971 the other was 1977 but both was tagged to the same company. Could be a genuine error a 1 can look like a 7. Or there are cases where people delibrately go by their middle name in one aspect of the business and another name by the other. Companies house still does NOT carry out ID verification for incorporation (which beats me)

A lot of people use middle names or and extra space in their names such as Mr Joe Bloggs_ and various other methods which I cannot disclose.. and depending on the method, the database language is programmed different string queries will return different results.

    If MR. Director A owns and run Company A, B, C, D, and E.
He can have a different address each time (for genuine reasons such as relocation etc) with no apparent first degree links. Just like how credit companies sometimes miss things, so does these databases. Smart database programmers or designers try to identify patterns automatically like cross referencing DOBs and addresses but they are not fool proof and often never 100%. Every investigation that I have been on I have never come across a case where my second third or fourth level search did not reveal at least 1 more connection, usually more.

this is why I always manually comb everything. I manually comb each address, manually comb numerous other variables which I shall not disclose as it helps crooks hide their tracks (or just make my job take a longer) Painstaking but that is why I succeed where others fail.

There is no need to pay though. Everyone wins at POPLA with the right appeal.

You have posted on a YEAR OLD thread and not used the 'Forum Jump' to hop to page one and read the current advice threads at the top of the forum.

If you are ignoring these fake PCNs you are two years out of date and hardly surprising if you don't read the current threads on any forum you Google Search. Reading old threads is like reading five year old football results and thinking Man Utd are a half decent team!

Use the 'Forum Jump' - it's here on this page at least twice - click 'GO' and read the thread 'Private Parking Ticket? Newbies please read these FAQs first!'.

  • Our housing association have employed Parking Direct governing our private parking area. The problem is that they are insisting that we place our disabled blue badges on the dash all the time we're parked in our bays. This is a bay that we residents pay for along with our rent.
We also get issued with a parking permit. But Parking direct want us to display our Blue badge as well as the badge.
When the local thieths become aware that there is Bleu badges on permanent display, our windows will start to get broken.
By law Parking direct nor our housing association A2Dominion cannot force us to display our badge, but if we dont we then run the risk of becoming enthralled with Parking Direct.

Can Our Housing and Parking direct force us to display our badges?

Please start a new thread of your own. This one is almost 2 years old and significant changes have occurred in private parking in the intervening period. There'll be plenty of comments to help once you've re-posted.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
