The problem is that it's a limited company with limited liability. We've known about various companies doing the same over the years, nothing has ever been done to any of them in any fashion that could be deemed effective.

You think that you have something over them, I'm not disbelieving you, just that I have serious doubts whether anything will done unless you can prove criminality, and if you can then it should go to the police.

And despite all those ccjs above, they are all civil and the police won't be interested despite them probably attending the clamping incidents in many of them

you are right, Nothing was done because they were chasing a shadow.. I don't chase shadows.. And they are not all the same people, a lot of them use nominees etc..

Makes sense now having re read OP's post. These guys laid low after all the ccjs, now they started new company and are using new company to pursue the original poster of this thread, he even got VAT registered this year for his new park direct uk company founded late last year. Will post details , date of birth, and address of all directors soon..

Please don't post addresses to the directors unless it's in the public domain, somebody will report it and it will probably be moderated. You need to be careful with stuff like this as it puts mse in a difficult position.

No worries, non public information gather will not be posted. I know what I am doing. All address of directors and DOB are public information, one just needs to know where to look for it and I will prove it. Just contact companies house. Difference between previous attempts to bring these people down is that they are all government funded or relied on authorities... I am private and I have both the financial and legal resources as well as the desire. I will even put the home address and the prices of their homes when they bought it etc (as of now they all point to council estates). There is the Land Registry again this is public info, one just needs to know where to look. All I need next is photos of these crooks taken in public places.. If it was any other PPC, I wouldn't bother, based on my research, Park Direct and its affiliates are crooks as evident by the number of CCJs they have that are unsatisfied as well as the daily mail article. MSE can decide if it wants to remove the following posts, my personal view is that it is in public interest and these are public information anyway. Even if they were material non public, we can debate if it was a matter of public interest. In this case, there is no debate. For any moderator reading this, would kindly suggest you google Park Direct and consumer action group and Pepipoo. I will also not post anyone who is NOT directly related to Park Direct (e.g a details of a director of another company who may have shared business interest on a totally unrelated business.) It will be fair, readers can make their own mind up and do more research themselves

I can't be disclosing too much on the methods I work on but if any of you have any problems, send me a message. If MSE takes it down it will just go somewhere else. That's the beauty of the internet. It is worth mentioning to anyone reading that Directors may be nominees and may be worth contemplating if nominees are directly responsible for the actions of cowboy PPC practice. Regardless this argument is moot. If you are a director of a said company. You have certain legal obligations and fiduciary duties which I will not bore readers with. Hence the above post belongs.
