Download AdwCleaner from the link below & save it to your desktop.

If you don't save it to your desktop, look in:

C:\Users\Shaun\Downloads

Then,

• Right click adwcleaner.exe and choose "Run as Administrator"
• Click the Scan button.
• When the scan finishes, click the Report button.
• A logfile will open in notepad. Copy/paste to post the contents of the logfile in your next reply.
• Close AdwCleaner
• You can also find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[R**].txt.

I'm going out shortly so if I don't get back straight away it'll be this evening or possibly tomorrow morning.

Delete what AdwCleaner found.

• Right click AdwCleaner.exe and choose "Run as Administrator" to run it.

• Click OK to the prompt and let AdwCleaner reboot the computer.
• A logfile will open in notepad after reboot. Copy/paste to post the contents of the logfile in your next reply.
• You can also find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[S**].txt.

Is there any improvement now?

been on the pc twice now,,FB is definitely better, graphics wise seems cleaner and has not crashed in 2x 30 min sessions,
some delay when opening tabs or book marked pages but seems to be behaving its self.Mondays work load should test it...
