shokewave crashes,,,virus?

hi all
shokewave player keeps crashing esp in face book land,and internet browsers are slow to respond sometimes,,use Mozilla and chrome.

also microsoft security essentials tells me ive not ran a scan for a while when i have ran several.
superantispywaer and Malwarebytes showed i trogen (sp) last week ,,
ive also removed 3-4 programs id downloaded for trial and its helped a little with crashes taking 20-30 mins to happen instead of 6mins.
prosesser sounds to be running over time (cant see the light)

any ideas?

    came up clean on a quick scan
    pc gets switched of at night and sometimes in the day as well

    Post me a DDS log - should take 2-3 minutes.

    Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

    Link

    After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:
    • Double click DDS to run it.
    • Click Start
    • When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt
    Save both reports to your desktop.

    Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)

    There are issues with shockwave and firefox working together at the moment. Do an internet search and see the buck passing between adobe and Mozilla.

    This issue also currently affects my system when opening some pages in firefox.
