Nokia 6288 - Help!!!

I just got a 6288 nokia phone and when i try to send a mutimedia messages the screen goes blank and just goes back to the main screen saver page. Does anyone have a clue what i can do??????????????????

Have you got the right settings on the phone ? what network are you on ?

t-mobile, i set it up via the t-mobile website they sent me the e-mail thingey.

If you had the settings sent to your phone from T-Mobile I would ring them up, were the settings sent in text message format and you had to save them ? if it was then I dont know if it is a software fault and your phone may need flashing, let me know if the setings sent to you were via a text message

I would guess it is a software error with your phone if the screen keeps going blank, take the phone to your nearest car phone warehouse and ask them to do an update, they will do it free of charge.
