    Is this the clarification, provided in summer, that he referred to??

    Could be EC, apparently:

    · premature failure of technical parts with a defined lifespan
    · failure of technical parts where it is impossible to predict the failure in advance


    Exactly where does the law state this??

    · damage to the plane caused by a foreign object which happens during the previous flight

    The CAA will take action against the airlines!!

    Will that be before or after their Winston Churchill salute to the CAA
