I ment someone high up those 0800 numbers, will be on the line for ever, sick of ringing them0 -
Write to Warren Buckley MD Custmer Services at the BT Correspondence Centre and email him with copy of your letter,. he won't get to see your letter but you will get a response. Or go through the BT Complaints Procedure. The 0800 numbers are just a delaying tactic.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0

My experience with BT is that it's best to use the website, not the phone, if you want to order anything, or organise something. Calling them up just doesn't work.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Hi Superstar67,
I'm sorry for the delay getting set up on BT Infinity and also that the engineer didn't attend yesterday. I can help sort things out from here. You'll find my contact details in my profile.
Whenever we've received your details we'll take it from there.
Cheers
