3 mobile downgrading tarriff

Has anyone else had the problem, when you agree to pay the £25 to downgrade your tarriff on 3. But it doesnt happen and you get stuck with the same old tarriff that you started off with?

Usually they will downgrad you after 9 months if its an 18 month tarriff and 6 months if its a 12 month one, if they dont then give c.s a call again.
  • well thats the thing ive been at them to sort it out for the last 4 months now.
ive started refusing to pay my bills till they sort it out, is there anyother way to resolve this matter?

Have you just been ringing the normal 3 number ? Unless it says in the terms and conditions of the contract that you can downgrade after a certain period then they dont really have to do anything but most times they will allow you if you have used a certain amount of months of the contract up.
  • I was told that my tarriff would be reduced when i paid the £25,
ive even tried getting through to the managers at c.s i have their names but i dont get any calls back. Im starting to think that they are beaching their contract. i

m coming towards the end of my 18 mth contract so i should be able to change at the point im at

Words mean nothing to these phone companies, I would give them a ring and say that you are unwilling to pay any more as you were told they would lower the tarriff, just say that you were going to renew the contract and they will soon sort it out for you ( dont forget to ask for a free phone though when you say you are going to renew it)
  • ive nearly resolved the matter if you can get past the c.s. that answer the phones and get through to the team leaders then you accually get a human response.
