TV Licence - moving away

We are moving back to Scotland at the end of the month and I have just completed the online refund application form (paid in full April 2013)and printed it off. They are asking for proof of moving... council tax bill (current one fully paid, new one not paid as we are not going immediately to the place); final water bill (not happened yet) etc. If I wait until the end of the month and then until the final utilitiies bills are in then I will miss some refund money.
I'd appreciate any advice... I suppose if I had said the reason was that I did not watch TV anymore then I wouldn't be asked for 'evidence'.
Bloomin' annoying. Do I really have to give 'evidence' to Capita???

You still need a TV licence in Scotland.
If you intend to watch TV of course.Getting forgetful, if you think I've asked this before I probably have. :rotfl:0 -

As it's October you will only get 1/4 of the year refunded in any case. You only get unused quarters back...months don't count. As you paid in April your licence started from the 1st April and the 2nd quarter finished on 30th September. You are now in the third quarter.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Thanks - I know about needing a licence. We are going to be staying with relatives and so - as I said in the first post - will not need a new licence until later in the year. I have no intention of not paying!
If I can ask the question again about the need to give Capita any evidence. Especially as it does not seem possible.0 -

Anyone? Please?0 -
Can you use one of the other reasons? If not TVL are not "entitled" to any of the evidence they are asking for.
You will no longer need a licence that is all they need to know.0
