The Boots Christmas weekly Star gift thread

Still no despatch. Really concerned now. Ordered it just after 7 AM. was so excited to get this but feel like I won't now. Have had both confirmation emails just no despatch. In order history it still says processing.

Edit: my boyfriends card has been charged and the confirmation email says they only charge cards after goods have been despatched so maybe emails are just slow to come through?

Well what a waste of space that was, tried purchasing this online at 8:30ish, to get up to taking payment then error (multiple times), called help line 'sorry very busy' and then hung up on me, tried again online at 11ish few times still no luck taking payment, so left till just now (10:30pm) and surprise, surprise none left in stock :mad: , well their loss won't be spending my money with them on the other half this year. Can I sue them for the 45 minutes i've wasted today?

Fyi as I said out of stock online so could MSE edit their write up on this to say possibly only available in-stores

Same here! I prefer my Body Shop products to be honest! I only bought the Soap & Glory set for the case so I can store my extensive make up collection in it!

Me too...such relief....until I realised that they are using yodel.....fingers re crossed again now!!!!
