Air Malta through Malta bargains no documents

My mother died suddenly and had to book a flight to UK quickly did it:through Malta bargains paid with direct debit card and collected tickets at airport. Just have a line on bank statement saying date paid Malta bargain £162. No reference, airmalta was their carrier. The air Malta flight was delayed 4 hours journey from hell. Do I claim of air Malta
