Alternative to P60 for mortgage application

Hi folks,
I need a little advice concerning our ongoing mortgage application. Everything seemed to be going fine, but Nationwide has this morning suddenly requested my P60. As I explained to our IFA, I don't have any P60's as I work for a Dutch company and get paid via the Netherlands. I do my taxes in the UK by self-assessment every year. I have already provided the IFA with a copy of my last self-assessment and a declaration about my income and employment from my employer, but they still seem to be struggling with the 'no P60' fact.
Is there anything I can pick up at our local tax office as an acceptable alternative to a P60 that would keep everybody happy?

SA302s should be used in lieu of payslips and P60.
You can order them from HMRC. If you get the number, they will fax them to your broker.I am a mortgage broker. SA302 (I don't mind doing your IFA's job for him/her) .....
Where a mortgage applicant is totally or partially self employed (uses HMRC self assessment) the provision of an HMRC SA302 form rather than accounts (audited or otherwise) is the preferred solution for 'proof of income' in support of a mortgage application.
In practice this is a simple 'receipt' for your tax return, indicating that such return has been received and accepted by HMRC and clearly stating your earned income.
Either you or your accountant can request your SA302. If you are doing this, your will need to provide:- Your full name
- Your current address
- Your date of birth
- Your 10 digit individual tax code and/or NI number (preferably both)

Thanks for the help. I've asked my accountant to print out and send me a SA302 as he's currently doing my assessment for 2012/2013 and it seems you have the option to print it out when submitting it electronically.0

Nationwide requires the letter which accompanies it, so you may not be able to do it this way.

I'll just send it in conjunction with a copy of the full return. I have provided ample other documentation as proof about my income and valuation etc. has been booked, so I'm guessing they might just want to check I'm actually submitting my assessments as stated. I'll order a copy via HMRC once the new assessment has been submitted or pop round the local tax office, just in case.0

Please follow instructions as set out above.
Your accountant cannot print out your SA302s.
If he/she says they can, they don't know what they are talking about.
You, or they need to call HMRC to order them.I am a Mortgage Broker

I am not going on what my accountant told me, I am going on what is stated on the gov.uk website. If this information is not correct, then it's time for the government to change their own information portal. In any case, my accountant could still request the form for me from what has been stated above.
Wouldn't normally be so pressed about this, but we're off on holiday next week and I don't want to leave it hanging in limbo.0 -
dgtazzman, what is stated on the gov.uk website (at http://search2.hmrc.gov.uk/kb5/hmrc/forms/view.page?record=5IpidSG2UZc&formId=3647).....
