Samsung S4 mini vs HTC One mini

Hi there

My contract is coming to an end soon and although Im on a really good tariff with Virgin that suits me - 600mins, unltd text, 1GB internet for £17pm with Samsung S2, the best phone upgrade they can offer me on that tariff is the Samsung S111 mini.

I would rather get either the S4 or HTC one mini, obviously I wont get it on the same rate or tariff with any other provider. But if I manage to get a good deal, which of the two would be the better phone to go for?

Im not a big app user, I dont really download much apart from the odd song, etc. I prefer a phone that takes really good photos and videos and isnt slow to load or has hitches. Thats about it :-)

So, anyone have experience of either or both? Thanks!
