NUS Extra / Cooperative Discount Problems

I've had success using it generally, but of 2 stores nearby one refuses to also scan my coop membership card. I suppose it`s not the biggest deal in the world but I don't think that's right.0

Same problems here for my daughter. They seem totally bewildered by the NUS card. To be fair, the co-op seem incapable of processing any sort of discount or voucher correctly, so they are not just singling out NUS extra...0

They accept mine although they do seem bemused and it takes a good ten minutes to correctly process!
