But - and I'm sorry to say this - perhaps your partner should not have gotten a second child, if his finances were already stretched?
Mmm, I can just imagine the reaction I or any other bloke on here would get if we said the same thing about the mothers that trawl past our doors every day with kids to 2 or three different fathers!

I don't see why gender is relevant, point is that children are expensive so if you struggle to pay for the ones you have why have more. Or at least don't complain that it is expensive to pay for the one you had first, if you deliberately went ahead and had another one.

I do agree with the principal of what you are saying, just thought it funny in this day and age with all the political correct nonsense that there is nowadays.

Id avoided talking about the topic of "csa suicides" but i do want to make one comment, purely from a personal point of view, and has nothing to do with where i work, want to stress that.

Maybe its just me, but before all the CSA and all the financial responsability, Surely HAVING children should be somthing that you need to plan the next 20 years of your life on.

Whoops, touched a nerve there I think! I wont put you on the spot and ask your personal point of view on whether you personally believe the Agency you work for is responsible for the things I have suggested, I have made my point and so shall thousands more for years and years to come!
I have read the second part of your post and I would reply but I am not 100% what you are getting at?, maybe I am tired, just cant get my head round it at the moment CSAworkerx
