help with an upgrade

upgraded with vodafone approx 6 weeks ago , agreed terms over the phone but on first bill there are differences between what was agreed and what I have been given . Have I any recourse

    the first bill can often be different.

    did you get an email detailing the upgrade and does the price match what you agreed ?

    how does the price differ between what you are paying and what you agreed?
  • got no email conformation , price is £3 per month more and internet allowance is half of what was agreed

    Complain. Demand the call recording to be found and details of your contract to be amended accordingly.

    Lean the lesson - never agree to anything over a phone. Demand everything in writing or by a e-mail - especially when dealing with Vodafone. Alternatively record all important calls yourself.
