Are these sprays an Ebay scam or do they really work? Anybody bought the spray and proved it works?

You'll get pulled over and warned for obscuring the number plate - its part of your duty to make sure its visible, just as checking the tyres to see if they have enough tread etc.0

don't forget you'll need a left-handed screwdriver to lever the lid off0

As it will be heavy you need to counter-balance it. Goto Halfords and ask for a long weight"Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington

There was an article in the Sunday Mirror regarding these sprays apparantly someone bought one at the Ideal Home Show in London and bought one from a company called Safeguard and according to Quentin wilson this one does work. but "he couldn't possibly condone it"0

They dont work. Your local Police can still process the photos and read the numbers 99% of the time.
The only stuff that works is special anti flash plastic film from Kodak - which is now no longer available publically to stop people putting it to this use.0 -
I have removed the URL as there seems to be a question as to the legality. As every MSE cannot promote the use of products which potentially may be breaking the law.0

I agree - remove the link; that'll stop em.
I mean after all there's no way people will be able to go the ebay and type in words like 'photoblocker or anti-flash or camera or speeding'.;)
Being flippant above; I do appreciate that MSE has to be careful.0 -
