It just takes time. Unless you are advised it's over by the court/claimaint
The case continues! We've received a proposed allocation to the small claims track questionnaire, which seems straight forward enough to complete.
Agreeing to mediation seems like a good idea, would anyone suggest otherwise?0 -
You can agree to it, you havent got owt to loose, but I personally would start with a figure of 2.50 to cover their dvla costs.....
Others say no as its a waste of time, its your choiceProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
Make sure you start putting your paperwork together in numbered pages in a file, and if your defence was wordy or you want to improve it, prepare a single page skeleton defence to submit to your court well before the hearing, and keep a copy yourself of course, with numbered evidence referring to other cases you can get transcripts of (e.g. some ParkingEye cases won be defendants would be relevant as they are recent and you can get transcripts from the Parking Prankster). There are links to all this in the NEWBIES FAQs sticky thread so you can focus on what to do when, and see the cases won recently, and find the PP guide to defending.
I realise your case is with PCN(NW) but the defence and cases to cite are similar. I can't see PCN(NW) actually going to a hearing if your defence is very strong - is it? Was it based on all the stuff you could find in those other PCN(NW) cases previously mentioned?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
