New to BT but they haven't sent Sainsburys Voucher

We signed upto BT at the beginning of last month and there was meant to be a Sainsburys gift card however they have not sent or emailed it, is there any way I can email them without having to go through the phone process and have other people had similar problems?

    Thanks, didn't see previous thread, put the claim in, said there was a problem please go back, so went back and now it says order number is already used. :mad:

    Had BT Infinity installed back on the 9th July, completed claim form later that day, and £100 Sainsbury voucher turned up 28th September.. It just takes a while to go through - think the site mentions >2months from date service activated..

    Did you get a notification email of the claim?

    Had an initial email when first claimed, then nothing since.. I did complete the online query form back on the 10th September (for 2 months after installed). Then at weekend it turned up - nothing confirming how much was on it.. so checked when was in store at the weekend.. £100 towards xmas treats. I did also get £80 cashback through quidco as well, so was a good deal..
