    Has anyone heard or seen anything reported about the people this actually effects in terms of wages?

    Even the BBC haven't bothered hunting down these people.

    Surely those who are now not working and not earning an income must have a tale to tell? Would be interested in how things are on the ground rather than the fact some pour tourist can't enter a park.

    They don't get paid when they are furloughed. That's going to be tough for a lot of people.

    I guess when you're employed in the private sector you risk the company going bust. When you're employed by the Government you risk the political climate changing. Nobody can live a risk free life.
