Looks like a MCN comp, but doesn't actually appear on the REAL MCN web pages.
They are genuine comps and I've won from them in the not too distant past (a very nice Land Rover Polo Shirt). It's just a group of motoring type magazine/websites putting their comps all under one umberella.

so do we think they still select a winner via the pick a postcard from a pile....not sure the cereal packet thing would work for me, my local postmen has returned my own postcards to me where they are clear as day so wouldnt want to confuse them with extra wording, bright colours etc....obviously can't distinguish difference between TO and FROM!0

I print the address on a large white label and stick on the front. I normally use the 6 to a sheet size. I enlarge my font size to fit and use a nice bold font. Then for my address details I use a smaller label and stick on the back - often at an angle!42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot:hello: Good Luck everyone !:hello:0 -
I cut out designs from the front of greetings cards (saying that i havent ever won a postal comp so i dont think it works!!:D)
I took someones tip from here and write my address sideways on the card to try and stop them returning (as a big TO on the front doesnt work with my post office!!)0 -
If Loq**x don't like you or if you don't post on their forum they just block you from their site.
I think you're right. I joined loquax a couple of years ago (before I knew anything about mse) and I used the site every day no problem. Since joining mse nearly a year ago i've not been able to get back onto loquax. I've tried all sorts of ways but it just won't let me back on - keeps saying page cannot be displayed. I'm not bothered though as i'm perfectly happy using mse!!
NOW IN COMPING SEMI-RETIREMENT!

I had problems with Loquax but I contacted them about it and Jason was most helpful and sorted everything out for me, although I rarely venture over there I do think its a good siteWeight Loss - 102lb0

Used this tip, never had a postcard returned.0 -

Me too, I think it might be something to do with the postcode being sorted by machine ( there's probably a technical term for it, but I'm still struggling with the complexities of the light switch, so don't look at me!
) Anyway, since I've been writing my address sideways, I've not had a single postcard returned.

Thanks for the idea to write my address sideways, that makes alot of sense!
Have picked up free postcards in past from leisure centre, hotels but never seen any at my local cinema and can vouch for there being none at my local library because I work in it!0
