No, Igor, we have not fired up the barbecue this year because a certain high-profile actor at the last barbecue nearly ended up being spit roasted. Without his trousers.

Come on, has everyone got a drink? And poor old kerri is freezing her wotsits off, so let's have volunteers for pole dancing...

Welcome to Ennessdee Towers, the Halloween/Samhain party is underway, Igor has some splendid cocktails for you all to try and Kerri is by the pole dancing pole, ready to give lessons for those who are feeling brave enough. Plenty of food on the buffet table, would suggest you avoid the bat curry - last time Igor made it he left the fur on the bats. And keep Hubert away from the Brussels sprout curry - SOMEBODY (who shall be nameless, Igor!)forgot to get the mega-sized donkey nappies with this week's shopping. Are the band going to start soon? Could do with getting the dancing started - Time Warp, anyone?

Whoops! Sorry i'm a bit late guys, gals and errrr....those somewhere in between. HUBERT! Give me back my pink stilettos NOW! Well Nargle, since you are so keen on me giving pole lessons, come on over - I'm sure Igror can manage to look after the buffet for a bit (esp as we've ordered takeaway that will be delivered to the tradesman's entrance shortly) - it's easy really, just copy me.

Oh, and not a NSD here, went for lunch with the girlies, not expensive and very much needed. Means (as I have planned spends tomorrow) I'll miss my target by 1 this month, but given the stresses it's held, i'm ok with that.

Charleybear - sorry things didn't work out with your guy, but like you say, at least you know where you are now and can look forward. Come and have a twirl with my and Nargle and grab some pumpkin vodka x

    Hello all

Well I made it NSD 20/22 ruined mainly by a poor early start when I got homesick for 'things' when cat sitting. Well I leasti learnt I need to make sure I gets myself better organised if I do it again. It explains a few extra shopping trips when I go away too. Silly I know, but until beat it, recognising it as a problem might help me minimise some unnecessary spends.

Thanks for everyone supporting the thread in a challenging time.
