Bargaining - Orange to EE. Sony Z1

Hi,
I am currently with Orange. I want the new Sony Z1 on a 24 month contract. I can get this contract with Three for £38 per month and free phone. With EE this contract with free phone is £46 per month. I don't want to change networks but I feel it will be hard to bargain with Orange as I want to move to EE. The important part of my contract is the data and with 3 it is unlimited. My upgrade date is next week and my contract ends 6 weeks after that. Has anyone had any experience trying to bargain with Orange to move to EE network and got a good deal? I know they belong to the same company but I feel it will be hard to negotiate at the same time as trying to upgrade to EE. Basically I don't want to be locked into an expensive contract when I can get better with 3. I want to stay with Orange/EE on 4G with free phone at a similar to Three network. Any comments appreciated. Thanks

If you have a % discount every month with Orange then it will carry over to EE.
If you don't then you have to pay £46pm0
