That's why they brought out the newer simpler version, BBCi Downloads, no series record nor WMP option, just download.

If you go to BBCi and choose a programme to download, it will then take you through the installation process,

If you use Firefox, it might give you a 'choose' option at some point, just accept what's offered.

Tried that already but it didn't work, possibly because the old iplayer is still there
