    http://tamebay.com/2013/09/royal-mail-propose-extending-small-parcel-size.html

The proposal is to extend the dimensions of Small Parcels so that items of up to 350 x 250 by 160mm would now be classed (and priced) as a Small Parcel.

The proposed new size is approximately the size of a large shoebox. Parcels up to 450 x 350 by 80mm would also continue to be priced as Small Parcels. Small Parcels can typically be carried on foot by posties as they complete their delivery rounds, as long as the weight does not exceed 2kgs.

    Thanks for that Aesop xx

Hi CP - sending hugs to you. I didn't read much here yesterday - I was posting quick updates and trying to keep hubster happy.

You know, a lot of people get fed up with their anti-depressants and stop taking them but that is often when the problem gets worse. Hubby currently has a member of staff they were considering for promotion who has stopped her medication and is now nothing short of a liability and unable to work. She said she was feeling better.......yes, because of the meds she stopped taking! I don't know your situation but I would bet the little savings pot that I now have that you won't make it better stopping your medication. Do go and speak to the doc.

You also need to consider what else you are doing to deal with your feelings - medication is only one side of it. Therapy of some kind should also be involved. If you can't afford therapy, consider something like yoga. Reiki might be helpful for you - even your immune system. Look for alternatives.

I wish you the very best and hope you start feeling better soon. I also hope things improve with your hubby. Deep breaths, big hugs. X

  • Thanks to all for your kind words. I'll get there i'm sure. I'll be going back on the tablets. I was down to lowest dose anyway so maybe i just need that for now. I actually know quite a lot about depression due to living with a manic depressive for 20 years so i know when i need to give myself a kick up the bum. But sometimes, i just need to get it all wrote down and moan, lol.

Anyway.... back to topic, don't wanna turn this thread into me. Maybe i should have posted in my diary, lol. Sooo... in preparation for November, i did 12 listings yesterday. Better than sitting round feeling sorry for myself. :D
