I'm doing well for a change. Wonder if it is the money plant in my hallway?

    £10 on device

    81p from Qmee

    £10.20 from survey company

    £2.79 from APG

    £1.59 from wombled APG

    £1.51 from APG

    £17.01 from ebay

and I have an item that has a bid on finishing tomorrow.

no roadkill so far, but haven't been out much at lunchtimes and DS is quite eagle eyed! I have trained him too well.....:rotfl:

Have you read the book about the woman who lived on £1 a day for a year? she found about £200 in roadkill during that year, she wrote a cheque to a charity for that amount at the end of her year's experiment.

    Total £48.91

That's funny, I was just thinking about that book today and that I should read it again!!:money:

Oh Qmee likes me again! Well, a little bit! 11p! Also have a wombled receipt to check later. :)

    Hi HOK3Y,
I guess the wombled receipts must be ones that you find lying around, but what do we look for on them? I'm intrigued!!!

  • £264.02 a little bit short but I am happy with that for a first attempt. My main aim was to keep my head above water and not add anything to my CC or use savings and I succeeded in that as I had an unplanned few days away and Car stuff.

The challenge has certainly got me in gear and have been able to get things set up like a Nectar card and a TopCashback account. Ebay has been a bit of a disappointment but have a few things still listed.

I still may have more to add in the next few days but unlikely and looking forward to the November Challenge.

Oh, and I haven't had a Costa or Starbucks all month which is pretty good going for me.

a$da receipts. you put the receipt details into their apg online and it tells you straight away if they were not 1o%cheaper then their competitiors and gives you a money off voucher if they are not

depending on size of item, why don't you look at couriers? I use them for pretty much bulky items under 2KG.

really????? they can take your card? I've noticed that they have capped the number of "own bags used" at 6 now, i always said 9 even if i was only buying chewing gum :(

yep in terms and conditions. they have the right to withdraw your right to use your nectar card if they deem so.

Heya folks, I've been a lurker for the past two weeks and not posted, whilst still reading away about all your exploits. You are all doing so well and I'll say it again all inspirational.

I've been really busy and am working away... I've lost count of my money earnings although I am still completing surveys and keeping my eyes to the ground in hope of finding anything glittering up at me. I've also received some brilliant news and found out that I am starting a new contract in work on the first of November until March 2014!!! Yay!!!!!! it means that I'll be working Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and boxing day but the financial stress has lifted and it means I can start to look at paying of my debts and saving to have a bambino :j

I'm actually looking forward to starting again in November and although I don't think that I'll reach any where near my total this month I'm excited about the possibilities.

    fantastic news SSS :T:T:T:T

Just got 8 new jackets listed on the bay (yes on business account before anyone comments on that) i'm not overly hopeful for sales as i have struggled to sell them but i figure if they not listed they definitely won't sell.....

Not received payment yet for £75 item......and other one has to go to Quatar and my £10 postage charge doesn't cover it :eek:

booked into my first craft fair of the year in november and am panicking already :o:o i might have to cancel it again as i feel sick at the thought of going.

mood pretty low today - think its the ebay blues :(

Methinks the people doth complain. You both seem to do so well on the e-stuff! Think I need to get my finger out of the proverbial and give it a go.

Can you tell me if there is an easy ABC to e-stuff on the site please and I'll have a look for the new year. Thanks

Oh wow!!! I have just worked out that being successful in making £10 a day of extra money for a whole year is the equivalent of securing a payrise of almost £5400 where basic rate tax and NI is payable!!! Oh my word!!!! Way cool!!!

Pretty neat eh. Makes it sound so easy doesn't it ? I wish :D

Nothing today as on my course

Its just a constant battle, in the past few weeks i have had 4 non delivery claims, 1 this persons account was hacked so even though you posted the stuff to them you have no comeback and we have refunded the money, 3 people who haven't paid, 1 negative feedback because i didn't respond to an email within 10 mins of it being sent and 1 postage undercharge. Sometimes things are about more than money :(
