I have been waging a one-man battle to explain that HTB - MG is different and there is no equity loan.
:T and I applaud you for this
unfortunately nobody seems to have told the media,
twice this morning on different tv news channels the reporter said ,something on the lines of, the equity loan scheme being extended to older property ,
others including newspaper reports are slightly misleading because of the way the reports are worded
Its no wonder people are finding it hard to understand
me thinks there is going to be some disappointed prospective buyers once it all clicks into place0 -

Not only are they in full agreement. They're happy to pay their Landlords mortgages whilst the dream of ever owning a home drifts further away :rotfl:
Some of them have been on that site for 10 years! In 10 years I'd bought my first home moved to my second home and paid off the mortgage!0 -

It boggles the mind how anyone could be that daft....
Ah well, at least now the whole world knows their arguments held no veracity.

I didn't.
The crashaholics are so obsessed, they've started the second thread about me in a month.
