Surely the XBox is only available on redemption though and not right at the start of the contract

Sorry, I was only trying to point out what I thought was a good offer.

Why not come in and say "You are better off shopping at dial-a-phone. Dabs are working as an affiliate for them, and you will therefore probably get a better deal directly from dial-a-phone" rather than being so negative.

Cheer up, and less of the question marks eh?
